Not that I deserve a “break” because I haven’t actually been blogging but when I saw Susannah Conway’s August Break I thought it might be a good opportunity to ease my way into posting more frequently as summer comes to an end. So really for me it’s like an August Refresher! Anyone reading this knows not to hold their breath though…
Here’s a breakdown of the days!
1. Breakfast: Chocolate Chip Muffins from Cinnamon Tree Cafe.
Also notable, I went to a “meditation class” this evening at Renew Yoga and whew was it to meditate. It was very much about being mindful and present and I will say time went by very quickly, I’m hoping to go again and make meditation a part of my routine.
One last thing! I bought tickets to New York City for Thanksgiving today! Yay! Rob & I get to see three of our best friends-Audrey, Hoover & Casey!
