Terms for a service offered with care.

By using Your Daily Grace, you agree to these terms. They are intended to set honest expectations, not create certainty that a devotional or AI system cannot provide.

The service

Your Daily Grace is a Christian devotional and educational service. It is not pastoral counseling, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or crisis advice. AI-assisted material may be incomplete or wrong. It never speaks for God. You remain responsible for decisions you make and should seek qualified help when needed. In an emergency or crisis, contact local emergency or crisis services.

Membership and billing

Membership is $7 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Any clearly labeled test-preview checkout uses test payment mode and moves no real money; ordinary live checkout creates a real recurring subscription. You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period, and access continues through that paid period unless you separately delete your account.

No refunds or prorated credits. Payments already made are nonrefundable except where the law requires otherwise. Price changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice; you may cancel before a new price takes effect.

Your account and content

Keep account links and sessions secure and provide an email address you control. You retain rights in reflections and other content you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you and to operate the service under the Privacy Policy. Your Daily Grace’s design, writing, software, branding, and curated materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, probe or disrupt its security, automate abusive traffic, infringe others’ rights, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the service to harm others. We may limit or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, security risk, or nonpayment.

Availability and responsibility

We work to provide reliable mornings, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or a particular spiritual, personal, or practical outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Law and changes

Applicable law governs these terms, and consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived continue to apply. We may update these terms as the service changes, with an updated effective date or appropriate notice.
